- A new business starts empty: connect its bank, choose its AirBill email address, and invite your accountant for it separately. See Complete your account setup.
- Want a colleague in there too? See Manage team members and roles.
Add another business
Run a second company in AirBill: add it from the business picker with a KVK lookup, or type the details yourself.
Tap your company name at the top of the dashboard and choose Add business.
Start typing a company name or KVK number — search kicks in from three characters — and pick a result to have AirBill fill in what it knows. No match, or not registered with the KVK? Fill the fields in by hand; the lookup is a shortcut, not a requirement.
Only the name is required. KVK number, company type, address, VAT number, country, and website are optional and can be added later under Profile → Company info.
Create the business and AirBill switches to it straight away. You are the owner of a business you create.

Common problems
AirBill says you already have a business with this KVK number
The same company can’t be added twice to your account. Switch to the one you already have instead — see Switch between businesses.
Search doesn't return anything
Type at least three characters, and try the KVK number instead of the name (or the other way round). Manual entry always works.
